The chatter about the advent of GST is never ending and it is so easy to get caught up in the myriad rumours surrounding its launch.
CA Ritul Patwa, an expert on the matter of GST, speaks to members of the Hotel Association of Jaipur about the hype surrounding GST.
He uses an old folk-tale to demonstrate how rumours take hold and hype can be built. He asserts that GST will be simple provided that business owners do two things - exercise caution and keep their accounts team informed and trained for GST.
