ICICI Bank has partnered with various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software providers to enable customers the ability to do seamless banking directly from their ERP software through Connected Banking. Connected Banking is the industry’s first initiative that provides accounting and banking experience on a single platform for transaction convenience. It saves customers' time as they do not need to switch between their ERP Software and the bank’s Internet Banking platform. Customers can track their business expenses instantly and automatically reconcile their payments and invoice collections without having to do any manual entries.

 

ICICI Bank is associated with different partner categories like – Accounting, payroll, inventory management with leading partners such as Marg ERP 9+, Zoho Books, Bank Open, etc. With such partnerships Connected Banking can cater to numerous businesses, for instance it provides single debit with multiple credit facility for salary payments, it enables vendor payments through accounting or business management platforms and the transaction status can be viewed in the ERP software.
