The entire human population is facing a unique threat and it is time for everyone to work together to overcome the pandemic. Sadly, rumours and fake news are fuelling stress and anxiety.


While it is normal to experience anxiety, it is important for each of us to conquer anxiety and stay calm while we deal with the problem. In extreme conditions, it becomes necessary to take extreme measures, and success cannot be achieved if we panic.


In this video I have shared some simple and practical measures to help overcome anxiety.
