- Once you've provided the necessary information, the project manager will proceed with setting up your online store.
- Upon completion of the online store setup, the project manager will present the online store to you for review.
- Any suggested changes by you will be implemented on the online store.
- A handover cum training session will be scheduled with you.
- The project will be handed over to you, and training on basic store management will be provided.
How long will it take for my e-store to be made active after the purchase?
The timeline for setting up your online store is contingent on the expeditious provision of the requisite information to our project management team. Typically, it takes approximately 15 business days, from the day of receiving your responses, to complete the comprehensive setup of an online store.
I already have a website, can I still create one with Globallinker?
Yes, creating an e-commerce store is easy and beneficial for every business. What is the refund policy?

Is there any discount if I have less than 5 products on my e-store?
We do not offer discounts on the basis of the number of products being sold by the e-store. We understand the concern you might have if you are selling a small number of items, even though the product allows you to sell more. The pricing has been decided on the basis of fixed infrastructure costs. Whether you sell less products or more, the infrastructure required by you would most likely be the same.
How does the currency converter work on my e-store?
The currency converter is a tool that lets you set the exchange rate for different currencies yourself. This can be useful if you want to control your pricing or if you sell in markets with volatile exchange rates. To use the currency converter, you'll need to:
- Use the currency converter tool available on Linker.store.
- Look up the current exchange rate for the currencies you want to convert.
- Enter the exchange rate into the currency converter tool.
- Update your product prices on your ecommerce store.
That's it! Now, your customers will be able to see the prices in their own currency, which makes it easier for them to shop and buy from your e-store.
