We run a boutique travel company. I see that on tour operators they have put a 5% tax slab without any input credit. However, if we only sell a hotel overseas how much tax do we levy the consumers ? Till January 2017 it was a 90% rebate on 15% Service Tax hence we were charging 1.5% which then go reduced to 40% on 15% raising the tax upto 9% from January till now.
