Calendar module increases your efficiency by allowing you to set meetings with Links in your network. Setting tasks for your schedule will also help you remember important activities you set aside for yourself. View your Links availability while scheduling a meeting to avoid any re-schedules in future, set recurrences for weekly or monthly calls with your Company Links (colleagues).
You can set a meeting request with multiple links provided they are linked with you. To send a Calendar invite, kindly follow the below steps:
Post signing in, select Calendar from the Menu and click on 'Add' > 'Meeting' on the Calendar page
Enter the invitee details along with meeting details and click on ‘Add’
A notification will be send to all the invitees informing them about the meeting and option to accept/decline the request
Note: In case you wish to share files with the invitees, please select 'Attach from eBriefcase' in 'Add files' field (within Add Meeting option) and click on 'Add' Maximum of 10 files can be added and shared in one Calendar invite.
eBriefcase offers a solution for storage of electronic documents - including word, excel, power point, pdf etc. may all be stored and accessed from your eBriefcase. It also allows creation of folders to hold such electronic files and allows you to share such files and/or folders with other Links who are also Members of GlobalLinker. You can mark documents as favourites and can enjoy up to 1GB of free space with an overall cap of 4GB per Company. The Company Admin may allocate initially, and on an ongoing basis, eBriefcase storage space to Members within your Company. She/he may also reallocate unused space between Members from the same Company. Additionally, she/he may purchase extra space at a cost and Members may request for additional space from the Company Admin. This service will foster better collaboration and help increase effectiveness of your businesses and that of your employees.
Strong security measures and strict controls have been implemented to ensure your files and folders are not accessible to anyone, except, with whom you have shared your files and folders with. Additionally, all your eBriefcase documents are stored in a secured environment to avoid unauthorised access and hacks.
No. As all Members may not be eligible to access all documents, documents uploaded by Members on their eBriefcase will not be viewed by Company Links. However, folders and files can be shared and made available with select or all Company Links. Visit the file or folder and click on the 'Share' option next to it.
You may do the following to add more space once your eBriefcase is full:
Clear existing storage to increase space: Increase free space in your eBriefcase by deleting old/dated files and folders
Request Additional Space: Request your Company Admin to assign additional storage space. Visit eBriefcase and click on 'Request Space '
Assign Space: As a Company Admin, you may visit 'Manage Space' and assign space to yourself from the available storage space. If there is no storage space you may purchase additional space, by clicking on 'Purchase Space', select your desired space and click on 'PROCEED'
Your Links can view all files and folders within a shared folder. Any new files added or deleted will be updated on the shared folder. However, your Links will not be able to delete or upload new files or folders to the shared folder.
As the Company Admin you can 'Manages Space' by 'Assigning' space to and/or 'Withdrawing' space from your Company Links. Additionally, Company Links may also send requests to allocate space to them. You will:

View such requests in 'Manage Space' accessible via eBriefcase or Settings.
GlobalLinker is for use for business purpose and files and folders are treated as Company assets. The members who have left a company will not have access to the files after their account with a company is closed.
When the Company Admin accepts you in the Company, he/she is also requested to assign space to your eBriefcase. However, in case the Company Admin does not respond, you may visit your eBriefcase and send a reminder to the Company Admin by clicking the 'Request Space' link.

eMail allows you to perform most common eMail functions from within their accounts. You may opt to include one of your eMail accounts from Gmail, Outlook (Hotmail/Live) or Yahoo. Even if the eMail is on your business domain (email@example.com), these may be included, as long as it is provided by one of the three providers. A simple one-time setup will enable you to access their account using a single 'sign-on', i.e. you wont need to sign in to your nominated email account each time you sign-in to GlobalLinker. You may compose, reply(all), forward, delete, attach files from your device or eBriefcase. You may also manage your emails and even manage folders. You may replace your nominated email account with an alternate email account.
It will ease communication with your contacts by eliminating the hassle to remember or hunt for email addresses, to communicate with your contacts via email. Currently we allow syncing of Gmail contacts only
You will be prompted to sync your contacts when you link your email account (you may require to sign in to your account)
You may update your existing contacts anytime by accessing the 'Sync Gmail contacts' under 'Settings' in eMail
We aim to create a consolidated address book for your email contacts, and so your contacts synced with your previous account will also be available for you to use with your new account. Contacts from your latest account will also be added to this address book. Note: You can access your email contacts on the email module only.

Post signing in, select Network from the Menu. You may choose options under 'Invite to GlobalLinker' from the right panel:
To invite your colleagues: Select 'Invite Colleagues'and enter details of the contacts you may want to invite and click on 'INVITE'. Alternatively you may scroll down to send a group invitation request to all your colleagues, by scrolling down to the 'Group Invitations' section.
To invite your contacts: Select 'Invite other businesses' and enter details of the contacts you may want to invite and click on 'INVITE'. Alternatively, you may send invitations to multiple contacts by importing contacts from Gmail, Yahoo & Outlook.

Select 'Add Links' from the right and enter the products and services you are looking for
eBiz Cards of those who match your requirement will show up dynamically, and you may review their profiles and invite them to link with you. Additionally, you may narrow the selection by selecting location, industry etc. If you are looking for someone specific, you may enter the details in the ‘Add Links’search bar

Introductions allow Members to link with other Members via a common Link. You may request for an introduction to a Member 2* (degrees) away from you. When you click on ‘Invite’ option for such a Member, you will see an option of 'Getting introduced by a common link'. You may click on this link, and seek an introduction.
