A Company Admin updates, manages and maintains your Company's Profile on GlobalLinker. The Company Admin secures your Company Network, by ensuring that the right Members are part of your Company; manages your Company's purchases and eBriefcase space offered to Members of your Company.
Only the Company Admin can update the Company Profile. Being a Company Admin, kindly follow these steps to update your Company profile:
Sign In click on your picture (or initials) from top right and select 'EDIT' option on your Company eBiz Card
Make necessary changes and click on 'Save'
Note: You can update the following details in your company profile:
About Company – Company name, Core Business Area, Company verification, Product/ Services you offer / seek, Product images, Date of incorporation, Number of employees, Turnover, Nature of business, Business type , Industry, Subcategory, Specialisation
Kindly follow these steps in case you have erroneously created a duplicate Company account:
Delete 'your incorrect Company' from GlobalLinker: Send us a request to delete 'your incorrect Company' from GlobalLinker and the reason for deleting the account. Such request can only be initiated by the Company Admin. Also, please ensure no Members are attached or are a part of the incorrect Company. Being a Company Admin, you may follow steps to remove Members from the incorrect Company so that they can join the correct Company.
Join 'correct Company' on GlobalLinker: Once your Company account is deleted, follow these steps to join 'correct Company' on GlobalLinker:
Post signing in, click on 'Change Company' link and enter 'correct Company name' in Add a company field. (PS: As you enter your Company name, select 'correct Company name' from the drop down)
Enter your 'Designation' and click 'Join' to join your Company
A request will be sent to the Company Admin of 'correct Company' to Add you to the Company. Once approved, you will be able to enjoy the Big Business Advantage
Only your Company Admin can make changes to your Company profile. Being a Company Admin kindly follow these steps to request a change in your Company name:
Sign In and click on your picture (or initials) on the top right of your screen and select 'EDIT' option on your Company eBiz Card
Click on 'Edit' next to your company name
In case your company is verified:
To change your business name, you may:
Select 'Edit' icon under 'Doing Business As'
Update the company name under 'Correct name for Doing Busines As'. Select 'Change' to confirm this update
To update your legal name, you may:
Select 'Change' next to your legal name mentioned next to 'Verified as..'. You will be asked to confirm this step.
Note, in case you proceed with the name change request, your Company will no longer be a verified Company. You will have to initiate the verification request with the relevant documents for the revised company name.
Incase your company is not verified, you may:
Update the company name under 'Doing Business As'
Scroll down and click on 'Save'
Contact us in case you are unable to change your Company name

Additionally, we carry out tests periodically to ensure this information is protected and safe. However, you should use discretion and exercise caution while using the Internet for any business or other applications including GlobalLinker
Click on ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the 'Password' field
Enter your registered email address and click on ‘Send’. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address. Please click on the link (PS: Please wait a few minutes to receive it. If you don’t receive the mail, please check your spam folder.)
You will be directed to the ‘Reset Password’ page. Enter and confirm your new password
Sign In to your account using your new password
In case you are looking to change your password, kindly follow these steps:
Select 'Settings' from the Menu and further select 'Reset Password'
Follow the simple steps to reset your password
As you confirm, your new password takes effect and you will be signed out of your account.
Sign In to your account using your new password.
Note: The reset password link will remain active for 48 hours
